The freshly delivered Isetta was inspected for level of damage.
And now the damage level is clear.

And now it was the first of many days of coloring.
The coloring process was to paint it all in single stage first.
To make sure the lines were perfect, we used a laser to make out the transitions

This was the only piece we could buy! Everthing else had to be made.

At this point the bottom was rust proofed with a texture material that is body colored.

The non visible areas were also textured in the body color.

Once the single stage paint was sanded uber flat with 1200 grit wet paper
We then clear coated the car and wet sanded again up to 3000 grit!
